Sabal Palm House Bed & Breakfast awarded AAA Four Diamonds for the fifth year in a row

AAA has awarded its 2005 Four Diamond rating to Sabal Palm House Bed & Breakfast for the 5th year.

Sabal Palm House is located at 109 N. Golfview Road in Lake Worth, FL. The Bed & Breakfast is only one half mile from the ocean and minutes from Worth Avenue in Palm Beach. The Inn has seven rooms. Two rooms overlook the Lake Worth Golf Course and the Intracoastal, two rooms have Jacuzzi tubs and one is a two-room suite. The rooms are named after famous artists and all have private baths and balconies. The 1936 two-story Key West style B&B is the only B&B from Orlando to Miami to receive four diamonds from AAA.

Owners are Colleen and John Rinaldi. Colleen is a former Wall Street International Equity Trader who worked for Merrill Lynch, Salomon Brothers, and Nomura Securities during her 18-year career.

She now is in charge of baking special treats for afternoon tea served daily at the B&B. John, a former personal injury attorney, is in charge of cooking delicious gourmet creations for breakfast every morning.

"We have both traveled extensively and know what travelers expect with they arrive at our Inn. We have created a very relaxed atmosphere that people love to come back to," said Colleen Rinaldi.

Sabal Palm House joins an elite circle of Four Diamond winners. Only three percent of the estimated 25,000 AAA-rated lodgings attain this high level of excellence.

AAA has included lodging information in its travel publications since the early 1900's. The Association began rating hotels and other accommodations in 1963, adopting the current rating system since 1977 in celebration of AAA's 7th Anniversary. Evaluations and Diamond rating began in 1986.
